We propose to discuss the process of working with an external design agency to fast-forward large projects being undertaken by small teams. We'll discuss the background of our project, why we decided to hire an external agency, why we picked the one we did, and will provide an idea of the methodology they used during the design and discover phases of the project. We'll share materials from the project, tell what worked well and what was challenging, and explain how we plan to instill the methodology we learned into subsequent department website redesigns.
