The Mario Einaudi Center for International Studies is working to build a multilingual collaborative digital space that will connect scholars around the world in order to create conversation about major global topics.
In this session, we will show how to automate the generation of translated content in Drupal 8. By connecting to the Google Translate API and using the translations that are returned we will show how a system can perform near instant translation of content with the ability for content editors to improve this machine translation. With this system, we will be able to detect our source content’s language and then translate this content to any other language enabled in our Drupal website.
